This class meets in the high school weight room Monday-Thursday from 5:30-6:45, June 2 - July 17.
Register based on the grade your student will be in NEXT FALL (fall 2025).
Strength and conditioning sessions will begin June 2 and will end July 17. The sessions will be Monday thru Thursday from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm and will take place in the senior high weight room and gymnasium. The sessions are free of charge and are designed exclusively for junior high athletes.These sessions are highly organized and athletes are required to follow the program designed by the strength and conditioning staff. We will focus on improving our athletes’ skills in the following areas: strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. We firmly believe junior high strength and conditioning will prepare our young athletes with the skills, concepts, and basic knowledge they will need to possess in order to excel in our high school strength and conditioning program.
